Our clearly written document, that merges this information, is the basis of understanding the scope and price of your project. Then, the only way the price of your project will change is if either you decide to add, substitute or we discover something neither of us could anticipate.
Our proposals are complemented by a work schedule and a schedule of allowances, both of which support your understanding of exactly what you’re getting and for how much money. Using clear, detailed information and worksheets, we identify and clarify expectations, within our written documents.
