We have systems and checklists that are driven by client needs, that will let you know how long your project will take before we begin. We start setting expectations in the sales process so you’ll be able to follow our work schedule throughout the construction. Communication is what’s vital to staying on track. Our Lead Carpenters are trained to let you know as soon as any issues or questions arise (and they always do), consider options and include you in project decisions. Any project depends on great communication and systems. Project success and meeting your expectations depends on both. 

We begin the construction process with a pre-construction meeting.  This  is when the Lead Carpenter takes over the client relationship.  Each  meeting starts with opening up the communication lines and then using  our system of checklists to make sure the right things happen every day  and every week until your project is complete.  Our checklists  are client driven and designed to make sure we take every possible step  to eliminate mistakes, rework and compromises that are not part of your  dream.  As we near the conclusion of your project, we have a  pre-completion meeting, and follow the same process to ensure your  project concludes as smoothly as possible.
