Our core focus is to develop Lead Carpenters, these individuals are responsible for running your project, keeping you informed and delivering on the promises we’ve made to you. And we understand there is always more to learn.
We support our team members with individualized coaching, training and mentoring to keep our team in the field motivated to show up and do their best every day. We have systems in place to review your project each week while developing each individual on our staff to utilize their strengths and empower them to deliver on your project. We have bi- weekly, peer-to-peer LC training meetings where we discuss the challenges that come with the projects we do, and get better each week at handling them. Our employees are committed to developing their careers and they are committed to serving our clients.
We review every project to see what we could have done better. In many cases, mistakes were made that were avoidable. Our focus is on not letting them happen again. As each team member gains experience and grows, the cumulative effect shows up for our clients as ever improving systems to train our team on the keys to success. Our client satisfaction survey helps us learn about our clients reality, and how to understand their needs and serve them better.
